I am just heading off to the Aloha Center for Spiritual Living which teaches the philosophy of Science of Mind, founded by Ernest Holmes. The following core concept is from the Ernest Holmes book “How to Change Your Life” with a foreword by Reverend Dr. Michael Beckwith. These teaching were founded in the 1950’s and fit perfectly with the new understanding and merging of science and spirituality inspired by Quantum Physics.
A quote from Ernest Holmes that I believe is so valuable in these challenging times of devastating earthquakes and tsunamis:
“My thoughts are in control of my experience and I can control my thinking”. We can all help to create the world we want to see by holding thoughts of a positive outcome rather than falling into a place of fear. There are many studies that prove the value of how positive thought by groups can help to shape the world we like to see.
Some of my favorite books that are full of informative examples of how our thoughts shape our world are by Lynne McTaggart, Gregg Braden, Bruce Lipton, Larry Dossy and Dr. Emoto.
My sister, Robyn Hood just sent me the following prayer request from a Japanese monk. Join me in doing a few minutes of TTouch Heart Hugs and sending love to all the people and animals who are effected by the earthquake and tsunami and nuclear plant damage, as well as the chaos that is happening on the other side of the world in the Middle East. This wonderful story, sent to me by my friend Sherry Scott, who says,
As Bruce Lipton has proven scientifically now, our belief systems even override our DNA so there is nothing that is impossible if the belief is there. This should prove that those in the medical industry should NEVER speak of illness or disability in such a way that it damages the patient’s belief in recovery.
Mele Kalikimaka and Hau’oli Makahiki Hou means Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year in Hawaiian!
May this Christmas and the coming year bring you a deep sense of peace and well-being, much joy, great inspiration, boundless vitality and prosperity and the opportunity to make a difference in the world.
Much love from Linda, Roland and Rayne
Since returning home November 23rd, I’ve not had a moment until now to write my blog or keep up with Facebook and I have been missing the connection with you all very much. Sitting on an island 2500 miles out in the Pacific Ocean could feel lonely, except for the miraculous World Wide Web and the amazing network of people I feel in touch with on all parts of the globe. 2010 has been a year of many miracles for me, as a result of both prayer and TTouch. The celebration of the birth of Christ, and the miraculous way this event has impacted the lives of countless millions for more than 2000 years, has inspired me to take this time to record some of the miracles that tend to get overlooked in the hustle and bustle of daily life. Sharing Tellington TTouch® with Bruce Lipton was one of those memorable treasures that makes my heart sing. Bruce is the author of the world-view shifting books, The Biology of Belief and Spontaneous Evolution. He is a brilliant presenter and had more than 500 people on the edge of our seats in his workshop in Grass Valley, California in July. Even though I have studied his new book and made countless highlights, I took reams of notes all day.
Tina Hutton graciously took all the photos of this wonderful day. (more…)
Today I will be featured at the opening of a horse expo – the first of its kind – called Equorius – meaning the age of the horse from May 6 – 9. The website is Equorius.com.
Roland and I just met Naomi Kutcharsky “by accident” at breakfast and shared the message FROM THE SPIRIT OF THE HORSE. This whole expo is organized with the idea of bringing together people who honor the spirit of horses. It is the first time that this has been done and Naomi, who composed my Atlantis poem into a song, will be singing the song as an opening after my opening presentation at 4:00 pm today. I eventually plan to have the song up here on my blog for you to download. (more…)
On March 1st I received a phone call from Mike Scahill informing me that Anna Wise was in the community hospital in Monterey, California where she was being treated for pneumonia and was not doing well. March 3rd she crossed the Rainbow Bridge, leaving a rich legacy behind that will live on in her absence. (more…)
